CONSTITUTION:For the bore of the engagement 11 of the electron gun pole piece assembly body 2-a with the anode 3, the outer diameter of the engagement section 13 of the high frequency circuit assembly body 2-b, the bore of the engagement sections 12 and 14 of the high frequency circuit assembly body 2-b, and the outer diameter of the engagement section 15 of the collector pole piece assembly 2-c with the high frequency circuit 8, the bore dimensions are reduced less than the scheduled dimensions and the outer diameter dimensions increase more than the scheduled dimensions. When each above-mentioned engagement sections are combined, they are precisely cut into the engagement dimensions so that there can be no deviation between the respective assembly bodies and subsequently each assembly body is combined with each other.
