PURPOSE:To reduce errors in a kit-making operation and to shorten the time for the operation by preparing a shipping instruction file collecting shipping control numbers and issuing a shipping slip added with a shipping control number from the shipping instruction file. CONSTITUTION:In a shipping parts control system 10, a shipping instruction preparing part 2 prepares the shipping instruction file 3 collecting the shipping control number having the kit continuous number of the manufacture ordering number unit having the same shipping instruction date and the parts continuous number of a shipping parts unit in the same shipping instruction date and the same manufacture ordering number from the shipping parts information 1 storing the manufacture ordering number, the shipping parts name, a shipping instruction date and parts adding information. Then, a shipping slip issuing part 4 issues the shipping slip 5 added with the shipping control number from the shipping instruction file 3. Consequently, the kit making operation can be executed by the unit of the manufacture ordering number by the shipping instruction date and a kit making skipped parts can be confirmed by the parts sequent number. |
