摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effectively adjust a temperature of a cell by constituting a battery module of a plurality of battery cells with spacers having numerous through holes in the vertical direction interposed therebetween, and providing temperature adjusting structure for passing a medium into the through holes formed on the spacer interposed between the battery cells. CONSTITUTION:A battery 1 is such constituted that battery modules 3 are arranged in two rows and four lines inside a battery case 2 of a rectangular parallelopiped. A clearance (x) parallel to the longitudinal direction, i.e., to a floor and extending from a medium supply port 4 for adjusting a temperature toward an exhaust port 5, and clearances (y) parallel to the lateral direction, i.e., to a floor and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are formed between the modules 3. The module 3 is arranged via a spacer 35 having numerous through holes in the vertical direction. is fixed via a pressing member 36, a fixing sober 32, and bolts 33 disposed therearound, where an electrode of a cell is connected by means of a connecting plate 34. Consequently, the spacer 35 can prevent deformation of the cell according to an increase in internal pressure. Furthermore, a medium is introduced into the through holes formed on the spacer 35 so that a temperature can be adjusted.</p>
