PURPOSE:To provide the electronic parts mounting device which positions parts with a high precision and quickly mounts chips. CONSTITUTION:Cameras 15a, 15a, 15b and cameras 15a', 15a', and 15b' for image recognition are provided in two positions on this side and the depth side of the work area of a working head 14, respectively, and parts supply corners 18 and 18' are provided on the outsides of them, respectively. The working head 14 is moved in X and Y directions, and parts to be mounted on this side half face of a substrate 17 are picked up from this side parts supply with the suction nozzle gripped by the working head 14, and parts to be mounted on the deeper half face of the substrate are picked up from the deep parts supply corner 18' with this suction nozzle, and the position of held parts is picked up on the way of the shortest movement distance of the working head 14 by cameras 15a, 15a, and 15b for image recognition, and the inclination of the image to a reference line is corrected, and the deviation between the center point of the image and a reference point is calculated, and a preliminarily stored reference mounting position is corrected by the deviation and a correct mounting position is set to mount the parts. |
