An exterior wall (2) is reinforced by a wiremesh layer (3) with a thick insulating layer (4) between it and an interior wall (1) also reinforced by a wiremesh layer (3).The framework (7) is composed of four wires and an assembly of frames welded to the wires, the assembly wires- frames having a beam form. Fastening straps (8) are provided at the ends of the parallel wires and folded onto the wires.
