PURPOSE:To provide the method and the device for picture generation which realize quick and high-quality picture generation and to provide the three- dimensional picture generating device of high operability. CONSTITUTION:A picture display controller 303 is provided with an environmental light component calculating mechanism 402, a diffused reflected light component calculating mechanism 404, a specularly reflected light component calculating mechanism 406, a transmission mapping component calculating mechanism 408, and an inprint mapping component calculating mechanism 410, and respective components are individually calculated and are finally added by an adding mechanism 412. Thus, a picture of high quality is quickly generated. |
