PURPOSE:To provide a change prevention function, reduction in light reflection, and irregular reflection function. CONSTITUTION:A conductive transparent thin film 5, a transparent thin film 6 to be mounted on the thin film 5, are provided on the outer surface of a face panel 2. The transparent thin film 6 forms a coherent film, along with the transparent thin film 5, while the transparent thin film 6 has a plurality of recessed and protruded parts forming an irregular reflection surface, on its exposed surface. Light reflection on the outer surface of the face panel can thus be reduced, while appropriate irregular reflection can be achieved. Contamination by fingerprints and the like is reduced, and charge prevention effect is achieved. |
