<p>PURPOSE:To realize Doppler frequency decomposition with high precision even in such a radar environment that pulses are transmitted at uneven intervals by subjecting the received signal to a specified phase compensation which is to complement the pulse property with uneven intervals. CONSTITUTION:A switch circuit 10 selects data at every other pieces from the received signals X (qK) in compliance with the transmitting intervals of two sorts of pulses, and a switch 10a (10b) is turned can when the pulse interval number is 0 (1) and passes the reception data corresponding to the transmitting interval of the first (second) pulse to a K-point FFT 11 (12). The FFT's 11, 12 perform Fourier transform of the reception data piece by piece and make filter output, and phase compensators 13, 14 give certain phase rotation to the respective outputs to make phase compensation of the angular velocity component with the time interval offset, Two pieces of data forming a pair due to phase compensation are summarized by an adder 15 at each time as one lump of data, and only signals in the band centering on the Doppler frequency are extracted.
