PURPOSE:To provide the parallel data inspecting device which can execute quickly an inspection at the time of inspecting a transmitting/receiving equipment, a circuit, etc., of a system for transferring parallel data. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a keyboard 10 to which an instruction of an inspection is given, a display circuit 20 for displaying data, a measuring part 40 having functions of a data monitor for receiving and holding parallel data from a transmitting equipment, a timing monitor for receiving and holding a circuit state, a simulation for transmitting the parallel data to a transmitting/ receiving equipment, and a time measurement for executing a time measurement of a transfer, and a control part 30 for sending the data held by the measuring part 40 to the display circuit 20 at the time of executing a data/timing monitor function by an instruction of the keyboard 10, transmitting the parallel data by a different timing to the transmitting/receiving equipment by the measuring part 40 at the time of simulation function, and inspecting the performance of the transmitting/receiving equipment, based on the time measured by the measuring part 40 at the time of time measuring function. |
