PURPOSE:To widen dynamic range of acceleration sensor. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 30 for suppressing displacement of a weight part 18 is provided in addition to a stopper 20 for regulating displacement of the weight part 18. When the weight part 18 is subjected to high acceleration and displaced significantly, the displacement is suppressed at first by means of the stopper 30 and further displacement is regulated by means of the stopper 20. Since the displacement is suppressed by means of the stopper 30, a high acceleration region can be detected in the form of displacement and dynamic range can thereby be widened. |
