PURPOSE:To provide an optical pickup small in size, light in weight and easy in assembling. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a transparent substrate 20 is irradiated with the light beam emitted from a semiconductor laser chip 25 to irradiate a magneto-optical disk 10 by means of a half mirror 31. The reflected light beam is made incident on the transparent substrate 20, emitted into an air layer 43 between the transparent substrate 20 and a semiconductor substrate 40 by means of the half mirror 31, reflected by a mirror 57 and a concave mirror lens 32a, a photodetector 50 for a servomotor provided on the semiconductor substrate 40 is irradiated therewith through a beam splitter 55. The light beam reflected on the beam splitter 55 is reflected on a concave mirror lens 32b and a photodetector 51 for a first reproduction is irradiated therewith through a polarization beam splitter 56. The light beam reflected on the polarization beam splitter 56 is reflected on a concave mirror lens 32c and received by a photodetector 52 for the second reproduction. |
