PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a picture quality, and to improve a reliability by transmitting trigger signals whose frequencies are different at the time of recording reception data in a G3 facsimile mode, and at the time of recording data from a host device. CONSTITUTION:A composite terminal equipment 20 records the reception data in the G3 facsimile mode whose resolutions are different in a main scanning and in a sub-scanning. And also, this device is equipped with a function which records input data whose resolutions are the same in the main scanning and the sub-scanning. At that time, a recording paper at a recording position is conveyed by a step motor 17. Then, a step pulse generating part 12 generates a driving trigger signal for the motor 17. And also, a CPU 1 constitutes a trigger signal setting means, and sets the trigger signals generated by the step pulse generating part 12 whose frequencies can be different at the time of recording the reception data in the G3 facsimile mode and at the time of recording the input data from the host device 31. Then, the deterioration of the picture quality can be prevented and the reliability can be improved by changing the frequency. |
