PURPOSE:To provide a low-priced and highly efficient semiconductor laser exciting solid laser device by lessening the number of optical parts, and reducing optical loss. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser exciting solid laser device comprises a first semiconductor laser 1, a condensing optical system 2, a first solid laser device 4, a second solid laser medium 8, and a second semiconductor laser 7. Besides, the excited beam emitted from the second solid laser medium fully permeates the input end 3 of the first solid laser medium, and is fully reflected at the output end 5 of the first solid laser medium, the input end 6 and the output end 9 of the second laser medium, and the oscillated beam emitted from the first laser medium is fully reflected at the input end of the first solid laser medium, and fully permeates the output end, and half permeates the input end of the second solid laser medium, and also fully permeates the output end. |
