PURPOSE:To surely report message transmission to a user at the destination concerning the personal computer communication system in which plural terminal equipments 1 are connected through a communication line network 2 to a host device 3, the user at the host device temporarily stores a transmitted message from the terminal equipment 1, and the message is distributed by access from the user at the destination. CONSTITUTION:The host device 3 is provided with a notification information storage part 34 to store notification information for reporting the message transmission to the user at the destination in the unit of a user. When the user transmits the message by designating the destination and the notification period, based on the notification information, the host device 3 reports it to the user at the destination after the lapse of the notification period. |
