PURPOSE:To suppress enlargement of the equipment scale of a host and a terminal due to online connection, to simplify data gathering, to shorten the gathering time, and to efficiently perform the business. CONSTITUTION:Files, which have the same format as actual result files of client terminals, enough for client terminals are prepared as save files 7, and a control file 6 by which a file control means 5 manages busy/idle conditions of respective save files at an arbitrary timing is checked by a file temporary preserving means 4 to save the actual result files to save files 7. Data is gathered from save files 7 to a management file 9 by a data gathering means 8 only when it is judged by the file control means 5 that actual result file data exists in save files 7. |
