PURPOSE:To obtain excellent torque performance by introducing a structure that two windings having different number of pole pairs in the stator and relative torque may be obtained with a current flowing through both wirings. CONSTITUTION:A stator 11 is provided with slots 11a provided as equal intervals on the internal circumference thereof and each slot 11 is provided with a 3-phase winding 12 having the number of poles P1 and a 3-phase winding 13 having the number of poles P2. On the other hand, a rotor 10 is provided with projected poles 10a at the equal pitch at the external circumference thereof. the number of projected poles is set to N. There is a relationship, P1+P2=N, between the number of poles P1, P2 and projected pole 10a. As explained, a combined torque in the same direction of both torques can be increased by selecting the number of polses P1, P2 of these two windings 12, 13. Thereby, an excellent torque performance can be obtained. |
