PURPOSE:To give a user advice so as to load a remote controller for remotely operating a television(TV) image receiver, a hot water feeder, etc., again to a storing part for an apparatus or the like to be used for remote operation or the like after detaching it from the storing part and using it. CONSTITUTION:Remote controllers 10 are stored in respective storing parts 4a, 11b for a shower head 11 and a hot water/water mixing cock 4. When the remote controller 10 is detached from the storing part 4a and necessary operation is executed through the remote controller 10 in order to use the head 11, its radio signal is received by a hot water/water mixing cock controller 5 and sent to a hot water feeder 1 through a cable 2 to obtain a shower of required temperature and quantity from the head 11. Simultaneously with the removal of the remote controller 10, a magnet 5a detects the removal, a timer 5b measures time, and if the remote controller 10 is not returned to the storing part of the head 11 or the cock 4 within one minutes, an alarm tone is generated from a hot water/water mixing cock controller 5 to advice the reloading of the remote controller 10.
