PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of waste liq. without decreasing the replenishing quantity of a processing soln. and to recover the waste liq. with reduced labors and running cost. CONSTITUTION:A branching pipe 184 connected to the delivery side of a blower 178 is extended to a waste liq. tank 186. A waste liq. overflowing a waste liq. storage tank is introduced into the tank 186 through a pipeline 188. A part of the dry air from the blower 178 is sent into the tank 186, and the vaporization of water in the waste liq. is promoted by the dry air in the tank 186. Since the water is thus vaporized, the time when the tank is filled up with the waste liq. is delayed, and the waste liq. treating interval is prolonged. |
