摘要 PURPOSE:To control the position of a suction nozzle by pressure force at the time of the suction of a surface mounting component, to suck the surface mounting component weak to load in the vertical direction without bending a lead at the time of suction, to eliminate the need for the exchange of a pallet and the input of product-height data and to suck a plurality of kinds of the surface mounting components automatically. CONSTITUTION:A surface mounting part (SMD) 1 or SMD 2 or SMD 3 is loaded on surface mounting component pallets 4, and a single-axis table 13 is lowered by a table controller 14. When the single-axis table 13 is brought down by a contact travel (a), the underside of a suction nozzle section 6 is brought into contact with the top face of the surface mounting component 1 and the underside of the suction nozzle section is further lowered by a fine distance, a trigger signal is output from a pressure force comparator 12 when a single-axis table 7 escapes in the upward direction and load generated by a spring 9 reaches a fixed value. The trigger signal is received, and the single-axis table 13 is stopped by the table controller 14. The SMD 1 or the SMD 2 or the SMD 3 is sucked automatically to the suction nozzle section 6 by a vacuum generator 5.
