PURPOSE:To obtain an input transition detection pulse generating circuit having a large degree of freedom of design with respect to a power supply voltage dependency of an output pulse width. CONSTITUTION:The generating circuit is provided with plural input transition detection pulse generating sections 10-1m receiving signals A0-AN respectively, detecting the transition of the signals A0-AN respectively and generating 1st pulses P0-Pm in which the dependency of the pulse width of the generated 1st pulses P0-Pm on the power supply voltage differs and with a logic arithmetic operation section 21 receiving the 1st pulses P0-Pm generated respectively from the input transition detection pulse generating sections 10-1m, implementing logic operation and outputting an obtained end pulse PP. |
