This method provides a fast and accurate fault diagnosis. This system comprises a system diagnosis checker (12), a diagnosis object generator (11), a fault board detector (13), which constitute a system control board, multiple central processing devices, and an input/output processing board. The method comprises the steps of: providing the diagnosis types; outputting the diagnosis object table; supplying the information on the table; writting and transmitting the results; transmitting the results to the fault board detector; outputting the diagnosis information sheet; and telling the diagnosis information to the user.
