PURPOSE:To obtain oxide magnetic materials suitable for core materials for high-frequency low-loss chip coils, having high Q (resonance sharpness) in a high-frequency band and a small pore ratio of a sintered compact. CONSTITUTION:The title oxide magnetic material contains 44.0-49.0mol% of Fe2O3, 3.0-13.5mol% of MgO, 0.4-4.0mol% of CuO, 0.5-2.5mol% of V2O5, and the remaining % of NiO. |
