A recycling process is claimed in which waste plastics, pref. domestic and industrial waste materials contg. polyurethane foams and plastics, cable wastes contg. PVC and crosslinked polyethylene, rubber, laminated packaging films, hard PVC building materials, synthetic fibres and textiles, pref. together with waste wood prods., are converted to boards, insulating materials and other shaped prods., e.g. doors. No details of the process are given in the main claim. Dependent claims suggest that the waste materials are sorted, comminuted, mixed with a binder (esp. water-glass), and hot-pressed.
