<p>This invention concerns the clothing industry in general. Currently, each item of clothing is sewn with thread and designed to fullfil a single function. It is totally unmodifiable. When changing, the entire item of the clothing must be removed. The proposed transformable clothing system has been conceived so that the same item of clothing can be multifunctional in terms of aesthetics, size and practicality. Its design involves the use of a fastener providing unrestricted modularity and ease of use. In addition to existing methods such as hook and loop type material fasteners, velcro R, ... etc., we have added an interlocking fastening system employing material tapes. In this way modular clothing can be made having removable sections and capable of being arranged in numerous ways by adding, inserting, or superposing the sections to obtain designs which can be quickly modified as and when required. The principal use is for shows, domestic requirements, sports, leasure activities, etc., and may constitute a development basis for industrial applications.</p> |
