Swashplate compressor for vehicle air conditioning system - uses dividing plate with series of holes to minimise pulsation effect

The swashplate compressor has a cylinder body (1) with cylinders (6) having outlet valves (17) for the release to a delivery chamber (12) of cooling gas compressed in the cylinders. A dividing plate (14) divides the delivery chamber into two sections (12a,12b). A pulsation reduction effect is created by a number of holes (14a to 41e) in the dividing plate which connect the two parts of the delivery chamber. The number of holes provided corresponds to the number of compressor cylinders. USE/ADVANTAGE - Swashplate compressor suitable for air conditioning system of vehicle ensures uniform pulsation effect reduction for each of cylinders.
