Paracetamol having improved bioavailibility, stability and solubility was prepared by solubilizing with a mixture of polyethyleneglycol and propyleneglycol, heating at 40-130 deg.C. This paracetamol can be formulated in tablets, capsules, syrups, suppositories and expecially injections due to higher bioavailibility.
