The air mattress for gymnastics or massage incorporates two compartments (1,2). The first compartment (1) consists of several lengthwise compartments (15), and the second compartment (2) has one interior cavity only. The two lengthwise sides of the mattress have stable side strips (7) on them containing handles (14). The whole front of the first compartment (1) is reinforced. The first compartment has a vertical pocket (3) on which are two strips (17) and into which a stabiliser can be put. The compartments have removable massage mats (12,8) on them. USE/ADVANTAGE - The air mattress can be quickly, easily placed on the ground, water, or in a bath and is suitable for variously sized people.
