The block panel using FRC (Fiber Glass Reinforced Concrete), is used for constructing hemispheric dome structure without using space frames. The compound layer block panel unit is composed of an outer FRC coating plate of a certain shape or curvature, the inner space covered by the coating plate filled with thermal insulation filler, steel mesh or angle bars buried at the coating plate, enchor bolts for fastening the steel sections. The curved surface structure is constructed by sequentially assemblying, compounding the panel unit, and fastening the panel unit by anchor bolts.
