Trolley for supporting wheel of towed vehicle - uses solid tyre wheels on respective axles and linked by track rod to turn about same angle

The trolley has a longitudinal support (1) and two pairs of solid tyre wheels (5,6 & 8,9). The wheels are connected by joints to their respective axles (4 & 7). The two axle bearings on each axle are connected to each other by a track rod (26), with a steering compensator (27) in the leading track rod. The front and rear axles are joined to each other by a telescopic rod which is arranged within the carrier tube such that all four wheels can be turned about the same angle. ADVANTAGE - Allows a vehicle to be towed through curves with an extremely small radius.
