Dust filter hoses surrounded by gas cavities - sized to prevent formation of condensation and associated heat energy requirement

Filter hoses closed at their lower end hang in a circular housing where they separate fine particles rising through a conical zone from the bunker below. The filter pipes form a central area and an outer ring passage so that the gas resistance in the circular passage is less than that in the pipe central area. The raw gas inlet passage enters the central pipe at a position between the lower part of the bunker and the dust oulet. The raw gas inlet passage may be closed by a pivoting gas flap located in the central pipe. USE/ADVANTAGE - The filter separates very fine particles from gas. Condensation is avoided on the inner walls of the filter hoses, avoiding the need to remove moisture by heat energy.
