A method for feeding a plant, in particular by hydroponic cultivation, wherein as an aqueous solution comprising nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur, potassium, calcium and magnesium ions a nutrient is supplied to a plant to be fed and wherein for obtaining said nutrient there is started from a number of substances each available as a concentrated solution, wherein said nutrient is formed by a composition of said substances, in which composition the concentration of each of said ions is predetermined for the plant to be cultivated, and wherein from each of said substances each time an amount is taken corresponding with said predetermined concentration of the ions present in said substance, which amount is brought to a container in which a neutralisation reaction occurs before the thus formed nutrient is supplied to the plant. |
