Vertical rear door (15) for a single-facer section (station), which has to be pressurised pneumatically, in a corrugated cardboard making machine. This door consists of a panel (16) having external dimensions which are slightly smaller than the internal dimensions of the frame (18) in which it is engaged. The entire periphery of the edge of this panel (16) is fitted with a peripheral leaktight seal (72, 74, 76) which bears against the inner periphery of the frame (18). The locking means comprise at least one hook (30) fastened perpendicularly against the inner face of the panel (16) of the door (15), so as to be able to be raised, when desired, into a vertical plane by a device (44, 40, 34) so that the hook (30) is able to engage on a locking pin (32) integral with the frame (18). The front part of the inner notch (33) of the hook (30) is curved forwards and the hook (30) has an oblique front part.
