PURPOSE:To obtain a steam flow meter which can sustain the temperature of an object to be heated accurately without requiring additional flow meter for the object to be heated. CONSTITUTION:A steam heater 1 is coupled with a steam supply pipe 10 fixed with a steam flow meter 3, a steam pressure sensor 8, and a steam temperature sensor 9. The steam heater 1 is coupled, on the secondary thereof, with a condensate delivery pipe 20 provided with a steam trap 7. The steam flow meter 3, the pressure sensor 8, and the temperature sensor 9 are connected with an operating section 6 equipped with a reference quantity of heat input means. |
