PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive and light weight packing with excellent cushioning property by a method wherein a rectangular corrugated fibrboard on which folding lines and incisions, etc., are provided at a plurality of specified locations is bent along the folding lines built up a hollow post form packing with a cross section of an approximately recessed shape, and it is constituted in such a manner that an object to be packed is fitted in the groove form recessed part, and the object to be packed is cushioned and supported. CONSTITUTION:Parallel folding lines A, B at both side ends of a central surface 1 of a flat rectangular corrugated fiberboard 100 are once bent downward to give a natural folding. When both outer wall surfaces 2, 3 are erected into a confronted condition by bending the parallel folding lines A, B upward, respective supporting wall surfaces 11-13 of which both ends are pressed between both outer wall surfaces 2, 3, and end wall surface 10, 14 stand up by themselves along folding lines for cut and raise sections I, (i), J, (j) which have a 45 deg. tilted part. Then, when parallel folding lines C, D, E, F are bent upward, and parallel folding lines G, H are bent downward with a right angle, both inner wall surfaces 6, 7 and both upper side bottom wall surfaces 8, 9 are respectively fitted in rectangular notches (a) on the support wall surfaces 11-13, and put under a receive-supported condition, and thus, a hollow post form packing with a cross section of recessed shape is easily and quickly built up. |
