PURPOSE:To lower the filtration resistance and enable mass production of filter bodies economically by making innumerable particles for filtration adhere to each skeleton of a skeleton carrier with three dimensional mesh structure having a high ratio of void spaces to hold them in the carrier without pressing them. CONSTITUTION:Innumerable particles 1 for filtration which adhere to each skeleton 4 of a skeleton carrier 2 with three dimensional mesh structure having a high ratio of void spaces 3 to be held in the carrier without using an adhesive or hot-press form void spaces 3a uniformly which are made narrower than the void spaces 3 of the skeleton carrier 2. As a result, the filtration resistance can be lowered and even if a plurality of resulting filters are laminated, the laminated body has excellent filtration function. Also, the particles 1 for filtration do not easily drop and the filter body can be used for a long duration. To manufacture the filter body while vibration being applied to them, innumerable particles are supplied to a skeleton carrier 2 with three dimensional mesh structure having a high void spacers' occupying ratio to fill the void spaces 3 with them and thus the particles adhere to the skeleton and are held on them. Consequently, not like a conventional one, hot-press and dies are not needed and filter bodies are manufactured economically by mass production. |
