<p>PURPOSE:To feed power to a jig pallet in noncontact with it and realize maintenance-free by carrying an alternating current to an induction line to generate electromotive force in a coil. CONSTITUTION:Along the upper direction of a conveyor 1 for carrying a pallet 2, an induction line 14 connected to a high frequency sine wave resonance inverter is laid. On the pallet 2, a coil 16 resonating with the frequency of the induction line 14 is fixed close to the induction line 14, and a receiving unit 21 for feeding electricity to a device to be fed on the pallet 2 by using the coil 16 as a power source is provided. Electromotive force is generated in the coil 16 by carrying an alternating current to the induction line 14, and power can be fed to the pallet 2 in noncontact with it. Thus, the trouble of wears of a collecting plate provided on the lower surface of the pallet 2 and the collector or feed roller of the conveyor is eliminated, and the power can be fed regardless of the carrying direction of the pallet 2.</p> |
