<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an IC card which can be repaired in a simple process and produced in an automated line using a loader, an unloader, and the like with a superior reliability and the like. CONSTITUTION:An IC card consists of a thin wiring circuit board 2 with required electronic component parts 1 mounted; a connector 3 loaded on one edge of the thin wiring circuit board 2 as an input/output terminal of the electronic component parts 1; a resin frame 4' for disposing and holding the thin wiring circuit board 2 inside with the connector 3 led out; and a case body plate provided through the resin frame 4' for covering the exposed surface of the thin wiring circuit board 2 disposed and held inside the resin frame 4'. At least a part of the other edges of the thin wiring circuit board 2 than the edge with the connector 3 loaded is fitted and held in a recessed part 4a' provided on the inner peripheral surface of the resin frame 4'.</p> |
