PURPOSE:To provide a recording device capable of rationally setting each load required to a plurality of kinds of recording materials having the different density of the same system color. CONSTITUTION:A recording device has a plurality of recording heads 9A, 9B, in which plural kinds of recording materials having the different density of the same system color are used respectively and recording is conducted, a distributing-signal generating means distributing and generating recording signals for driving each recording head 9A, 9B in response to parameters related to variable density, and means 12A, 12B having the quantities of the recording materials set in relation to the parameters at every kind. |
