PURPOSE:To facilitate inspection for a printed section by providing a video camera which takes a picture while being concentrated on the printed section when a product comes up to an inspection point, and a stroboscope lighting equipment, enlarging an instant image taken by the camera, and thereby displaying its image over the screen of a television as a still picture. CONSTITUTION:The output signals of a synchronizing sensor 3a detecting signal emitting points attached to a printed roller 2 are inputted into a synchronizing pulse generator 3, so that pulse signals which indicate a rotation period (lambda) of the printed roll 2 every rotation, are outputted from the generator 3. In an operating section 6, an emission command is outputted to a stroboscope control section 5a when the time that the moving distance of a product 1 is turned out to be (n) (distance from a place representing the pulse signal P to a place representing an inspection block (m)) has elapsed since a period pulse signal P was received. This constitution thereby allows a stroboscope lighting equipment 5 to be lighted, allows a video camera to take a picture of the first division (a) of the product 1, and also allows the picture taken to be enlarged over the screen of a television. And next, after the picture of the first division (a) has been visually inspected, the following emission command will be outputted after time will have elapsed when the moving distance of the product will be turned out to be (n)+(a). |
