PURPOSE:To enable articles like textbooks to be put in and out smoothly without being caught and further reinforce concealed seams without opening at the seam by applying a lining plate to the whole inside surface of a knapsack body to form the receiving section of the knapsack body with flat surfaces. CONSTITUTION:On a receiving section 7 of a knapsack body 1 comprising a reinforcing piece covering the inside surfaces of a large partition plate 5 and large left and right skirts 3, 4 of the knapsack body 1 and the whole periphery of the upper end edges of the large partition plate 5 and large left and right skirts 3, 4 is overlaid and applied a lining plate 9 approximately flush with the heights of the large partition plate 5 and large left and right skirts 3, 4 so that the receiving section 7 has double construction while the respective rear side edges of the lining plate 9, large left and right skirts 3, 4 and a back plate 2 are covered with a flat U-shaped mounting piece 10 to be sewn integrally. |
