PURPOSE:To enable speedily receiving goods delivered to an absent occupant, relating to the use of a control device for a multiple dwelling house having a communicator and a door-to-door delivery box, by a system wherein in the door-to-door delivery box the party to be informed of the delivery of goods is registered by the communicator, the door-to-door delivery box detects the apartment number upon receipt of the goods, and the party in the register is informed of the receipt of the goods by general telephone service. CONSTITUTION:In a communicator 101 an occupant sets the party to be informed by a device 104 for setting the party to be informed of goods received and in a door-to- door delivery box 107 this party to be informed is registered through a controller 102 and a transmission I/F 103. For example, a telephone number is used for this registration. At the same time information on whether the party should be informed or not is registered by a device 105 for setting whether to inform the party or not. The door-to-door delivery box 107 registers in a device 114 charged with whom to inform. From a device 111 for inputting locking/unlocking an input for locking which includes an input of the apartment number is made to the door-to-door delivery box 107 when the goods are received. When the information on whether the party may be informed is in the affirmative with the party to be informed in the register, the party is duly informed by general telephone service. |
