<p>PURPOSE:To provide a separating and recovering method by which the residual steel and slag in a ladle poured into a container can surely be separated and recovered without any trouble so as not to degrade the quality of the recovered material by clearing the classification of the residual steel (metal) and the slag. CONSTITUTION:After pouring the molten steel into a mold from the ladle by a continuous casting method or an ingot making method, the residual steel and slag in the ladle are poured into an exclusive container 3, and after separating and solidifying the residual steel and the slag by utilizing specific gravity difference, water cooling is executed. Thereafter, the exclusive container 3 is reversely rotated by a reverse rotation device at high speed by utilizing the dead wt. and the centrifugal force, and the residual steel 7 and the slag 8 is dropped on an inclined thick steel plate 6, thereby the residual steel (platy metal) 7 and the slag 8 are separated by this dropping impact.</p> |
