PURPOSE:To produce the title KONNYAKU which can make the table rich with its colorful atmosphere and is useful as a health food, too. CONSTITUTION:Konnyaku flour or ground Konnyaku tubercles is mixed with water, a coagulating agent, and colorants and the resultant colored KONNYAKU paste 12 is cast in a molding frame. In the meantime, another KONNYAKU paste including no colorant 14 is prepared and cast into the same frame for lamination. Then, the laminated paste is dipped in hot water to effect coagulation whereby the objective KONNYAKU is obtained. |
