<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition useful for the subject toner, having excellent antistatic properties, heat resistance and low warpage, comprising a specific bisphenol-containing aromatic copolymer, a polycarbonate of bisphenol and electrically conductive carbon. CONSTITUTION:30-90 pts.wt. aromatic polyester copolymer obtained from terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid or its functional derivative (molar ratio of 7:3-0:10) and a bisphenol of the formula (X is 0, S, SO2, CO, alkylene or alkylidene; R<1> to R<8> are H, halogen or hydrocarbon) [e.g. 2,2-bis(4- hydroxyphenyl)-propane] is blended with 70-10 pts.wt. polycarbonate obtained from phosgene and a bisphenol of the formula and 5-40 pts.wt. electroconductive carbon to give the objective resin composition having excellent antistatic properties, heat resistance and low warpage and low anisotropy of electrical resistance.</p> |
