PURPOSE:To freely change-over the charge voltage applied to a piezoelectric element at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A charge circuit is constituted of a charging transistor 15, a charge resistor 12 and a diode 13 and a discharge circuit is constituted of a discharge resistor 11 and a discharging transistor 14. When a printing signal is inputted to S1, a signal having a pulse waveform wherein a peak value is almost Vp is applied to a PZT 16. When two pulses having different peak values are applied, Vp is made variable. That is, a changeover circuit is provided so as to be capable of arbitrarily supplying two or more voltage sources to the drive circuit consisting of the charge circuit and the discharge circuit corresponding to a pulse signal. |
