PURPOSE:To decrease the variation of an optical path length in a laser beam machine having a working head guided by a column intersecting orthogonally with a table. CONSTITUTION:The table 120 provided on a bed is moved in an X axis direction, and a working head 300 guided by a column erecting on the bed is moved along a Y axis. The oscillator of a laser beam is disposed on the upper part of the bed, and supplies the laser beam to the working head 300 through a light guiding device 500. The incident part of the light guiding device 500 is placed on the center line of the table 120, and the incident part is supported by a first turning device 530. A first turning device 530 supports one end part of a light guiding tube 550 so as to be freely turnable, and the other end part of the light guiding tube 550 is supported by a second turning device in the upper part of the working head 300 through an expansion device 600. Optical path length is varied within a range of R1-R2, but its variation is small. |
