PURPOSE:To facilitate a mounting operation and a cleaning operation of a falter in a range hood having an exhaust blower which has suction ports at both sides to be used to purify exhaust gas generated at the time of cooking. CONSTITUTION:A mounting operation and a cleaning operation of a filter 9 is facilitated by providing means for vertically slidably supporting a filter holding frame 10 for fixing an upper part of the filter 9 for catching oily component in exhaust gas in a hood body 4, moving the frame 10 in which the filter 9 is inserted fixedly into the frame 10 moved under a hood frame 1 above the frame 1, holding its upper part by a leaf spring, supporting a lower part of the filter 9 by a filter retainer 8 and mounting the filter 9. |
