<p>PURPOSE:To enable automatic observation in real time with high accuracy by providing a sampling chamber which is equipped with a washing mechanism such as wiper and detergent feeder in communication with the outside to the inside of a preventive box which can be freely immersed in liquid and picking up the image of the specimen fixed between a light condenser and an observation window. CONSTITUTION:The preventive box 1 is hung by a supporting bar 8 and is immersed into the liquid to be inspected. The sample chamber 2 which communicates with the outside is provided to this box 1. The inside of the chamber 2 is washed by the washing mechanism such as the wiper 9, hollow shaft 10 and detergent driving pump responding to a driving device B and the liquid to be inspected which is a liquid mixed with microorganisms is sampled via a strainer 11. A light guide passage 6 and the light condenser 7 are then pushed into the chamber 2 by the driving device A and the sample is fixed to the thickness of a prescribed microspacing. The sample is then automatically observed in real time with an optical enlarging device 3 and an image pickup device 4 at a high accuracy with high resolution.</p> |
