<p>PURPOSE:To provide a composite pipe and a connection structure which are formed in a manner to simplify execution of work and provide adequate connection strength. CONSTITUTION:A composite pipe 1 is formed such that the inner peripheral surface of a metallic pipe 12 is covered with a resin layer 13, and a socket part 11 expanded from a pipe body 10 is formed in a proper length L in the axial direction of a pipe from a desired end part. Further, in connection structure between the composite pipe 1 and a fusion member 2 through which the end parts of the composite pipes 1 are interconnected, the fusion member 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape and fusion parts 21 in which a coil 3 formed in a manner to generate heat through energization is respectively embedded are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of two end parts. An energizing part 22 from which the end part of the coil 3 is lead out is formed at the central part of the fusion part. The outer peripheral surface of the fusion part 21 and a resin layer 13 in the socket part 11 are fused together through the generation of heat of the coil 3 through energization from an energizing part 22 in a state that the fusion part 21 of the fusion member 2 is inserted in the respective socket parts 11 of the composite pipes 1.</p> |
