ENANTIOMERIC ENRICHMENT OF (R,S)-3-QUINUCLIDINOL A method for the enantiomeric enrichment of 3-quinuclidinol is disclosed, comprising acid anhydride esterification of the alcohol, followed by preferential enzymatic hydrolysis with a subtilisin protease.
